Homemade Cinnamon Buns

Ingredients
For Pastry Dough:2 1/4 tablespoons yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup water, room temperature
3 eggs
2 cups of room temperature milk
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
7 1/2 cups all purpose flour
10 oz. soft sweet butter, softened to room temperature
Filling for cinnamon rolls:
1/4 cup melted sweet butter
2 tablespoons Cinnamon
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Glaze:
1/2 cup confectionary sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast and the 1 1/2 Tablespoons of sugar in the warm water.
3. In a separate bowl mix the eggs with the warm milk.
4. Place the yeast and water and sugar in a mixing bowl and with a dough hook. Add the egg mixture, salt the rest of the sugar and the flour.
5. Mix and then slowly add the soft butter. Mix until smooth and satiny, about 10 minutes.
6. Cover with saran wrap and allow to rise about one hour until doubled in size.
7. Punch down and then rollout into a large rectangle.
8. Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and nuts.
9. Roll up jelly roll style and cut into rounds.
10. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet, cover with saran wrap until almost double in size!
11. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown
12. Brush with the Orange glaze immediately and enjoy!!!
Instructions for glaze:
1. Mix confectionary sugar and oranje juice together with a whisk or spoon.
