On the menu of Finz Seafood and Grill this dish is called FINZ Wasabi - Stoli Oysters and is described as oysters topped with wasabi caviar and a splash of Stoli “Raz” vodka. Oysters on the Half Shell are a favorite in the warmer months. Executive Chef Serie Keezer of Finz Seafood and Grill shows how to shuck and serve raw Wellfleet oysters. There is a trick to it so you will want to watch.

Wellfleet or other cold water oysters 1 jar (4 ounces) Wasabi Caviar Stoli Raz Vodka or other raspberry flavored vodka ½ pint rasberries 1 lemon cut into wedges
