Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients
6 tablespoons unsalted butter1 cup onions, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 16 oz. bag of turkey stuffing
2 ¼ cups turkey stock (from pre-made stock jar or can)
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add onions, carrots and celery and cook over low heat until translucent. 2. In a large mixing bowl combine the onions, carrots and celery mixture to the bag of dry stuffing mix. Add turkey stock and mix together until wet. 3. Store mix until ready to use, making sure that it has cooled down if you are using it to stuff a turkey.Recipe courtesy of Julie Geary, Classic Cooks Catering, 2009.
